This was a big remodel project. This early 1900's home suffered heavy water damage from a busted upstairs water line that filled the house with water for days while the owners were not home. The remodel consisted of the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, a bedroom and living room on the ground floor. Plaster repair was needed throughout the entire home, as well as new paint. Three new solid oak doors were installed and a few original doors were repainted. The kitchen got a new porcelain tile floor and ceramic tile backsplash. The bathroom floor was tiled as well. 3/4" Oak hardwood flooring was installed in the living room, dining room and upstairs bedroom and bathroom. All trim was either replaced or repainted.
The following are before and progress photos throughout the home.
