This project included the following. Installing new vinyl flooring. Updating 7 white hollow core doors with solid oak six panel doors, new entrance door and two six panel oak closet doors. All of the white trim was removed and replaced with oak. The home had eight electric base heathers that were removed. The drywall was repaired and walls were repainted. A very nice update to this home that added value and warmth.

The new vinyl floor will extend in to the living area directly behind the bar in the kitchen.

This pocket door was removed and the opening was cased in oak, see following photos.
1/4" subfloor was used to raise the living room floor up to the same level as the kitchen floor.

The oak doors and trim look great with the oak vinyl floor.

New hallway doors, new carpet will be installed once I am finished.
